Throughout the history, women have played an outstanding role in social, political, and economic transformations. Today, despite widespread developments in humanities and natural sciences, women contribution in economic and occupational activities is still low. In developmental plans, a question that is often posed is whether or not women limited contribution is due to traditional and religious beliefs. In this research, 16 developed and developing countries (both Muslim and non-Muslim) were selected and the status of women in Muslim and non-Muslim countries was compared through statistical analyses of women contribution in the labor market of these countries. Ultimately, through numerical taxonomy it was shown that the countries that have provided better occupational conditions for women enjoy better economic indices, and religious differences have played no role in women rate of contribution.

SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES: Regarding the social activities of Muslim women, Islam has a special view, and removes the burden of many heavy social activities from the shoulders of women, and from the perspective of Islam is a basil woman, with this view, the main task is to earn money, face Social problems the support of the family center is left to the man. METHOD AND FINDING: Women who want to participate in social activities voluntarily are not forbidden from the perspective of Islam, and it is possible for them to be present, women can follow in the footsteps of men, to be present in society, to have a job, to participate in government affairs; but in order to maintain the status of women, and their values, to be present in society, they need to observe certain principles, to have a personality he should not be harmed, and the Islamic society should not suffer from the problems caused by the mixing of men and women. CONCLUSION: Including the principles of modesty, chastity, avoidance of self-decoration, jokes with nonmahrams, observance of cover, and cases in which they are observed. In addition to ensuring women's security, it also contributes to the moral and cultural health of society.

After the atrocity’ s committed during the Second World War, the citizens of the world cried out for a universal code of ethics. On December 10th 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted a universal declaration of human rights, thus setting a new standard for all nations to follow. According to Article 18 of that declaration “ Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship, and observance” . People, and women in particular, who are born in different parts of the world have different cultural, as well as religious identities. It is time for education on, and a universal understanding of, the identity differences of Muslim women to be made universally accessible, and understood.

Globally, today particularly in the developing countries, much attention is paid to how to achieve the goals of all-out development that is sustainable and human development. This paper proposes the question that what role does women’s increased participation play in attaining sustainable development in the Muslim countries. What is the prospect for these countries? Drawing on the experiences of the developing countries, writers hold that a comparison of the conditions of the Middle Eastern nations with those of the Muslim countries of Southeast Asia demonstrates that sustainable development in the Muslim countries cannot be realized without women’s extensive participation. Thus, women’s increased participation in the development process of these countries is essential. More importantly, what guarantees the materialization (manifestation) of such an objective is the existence of adequate inclination to facilitate the conditions for women’s engagement in the development process.

The purpose of this study was to examine attitudes of athletes, coaches and referees who attended in the third muslim women games and faculty member of physical education and sport science colleges in Tehran and executive sport management (N =431) about Islamic women sport federation in the third Muslim women games. The method of collecting the data was a research made questionnaires, which experts confirm, its face validity also reliability coefficients of athletics (%88.6), coaches (%89.2), referees (%88.4), faculty member (%89.9) and executive sport management(%88.2) in pilot study. The results of this research showed the opinion of statistical Population about the goals of research.Comparing the result according to the necessary needs of research and which that was all descriptive for the finding of common and differential point of attitude of statistical Population.
